But yeah... I'm a staff in OMF just because I am an scanlator... not that many people liked me enough to make me a mod... which I asked them to but meh... :/ I don't really care about that anymore >_>

Oh yeah... he's just a mod...

You should make a mod and a global moderators group... make the global ones be able to ban while the normal mods can't... although... I think to ban you need to be in the admin control panel... and make a mod go in there means that he/she is also able to change other stuff and not just ban >_> And that would suck... D:
