Anyway. Description time. Yay!

First you cut open the sack, be careful so as to not cut into the balls (unless you have the male lying on an easily cleaned surface or of course you're not the one supposed to clean it) (If you cut the actual balls that will be a lot of blood). When the balls are exposed you take one out first. You will notice it's attached to the male in question by a thin string.

Pull the ball out until this string is tight, then use a pin of sorts to put on the string. This pin must be able to pinch tight enough to crush the veins and whatever else is inside this string. To stop blood flow obviously unless you want the male dead.

Proceed with same procedure on the other ball.
